This short term breast procedure helps give ladies an idea and feel of future breast augmentation with implants, much like a sneak peek into how the results of a breast enhancement procedure will look like on you, how it will feel like to have bigger breasts. The procedure takes place inside a sterile operating room, even though there is no major surgery.  Dr. Shah says that the procedure is, "Perfectly safe, totally absorbable. Very important to know that we don't inject silicone into the breast. That is not safe. The saline injection is just water. It's completely safe.”

The saline in the 24-hour breast boost gradually drains away and is flushed out of the body.

Can Small Breasted Mothers Breastfeed Successfully?

As a mother of two children, with very tiny breasts, I can confidently that when it comes to breastfeeding, size do NOT matter.

I breastfed for two whole years, with more than sufficient milk. The milk was so abundant, I was able to share it with friends who did not have enough milk.

In fact, having shared stories and helped support many friends in their breastfeeding adventures, I have discovered that just because one has large breasts do not necessarily mean they will have enough milk for their baby.

Also, with big breasts, I have stories of baby having difficulty latching on to the large nipples and areolas. And if baby cannot latch on properly, this leads to engorgement and even more difficulty with positioning baby to relieve the engorgement.

When it comes to breastfeeding, assuming there are no medical complications, it is usually about demand and supply. Feed your baby on demand, drink plenty of water, get sufficient rest and let nature take its course.

If you need to go back to work, plan to start storing milk in the fridge for baby and increasing the milk demand using your breast pump. Continue to pump regularly at work. Discuss with your employer the timings you need for expressing milk. Every four hours for half hour to forty minutes should do it. Continue to do night feeds if baby needs it. Besides keeping your milk supply going, it is a lovely time to just enjoy cuddling your baby and spending one on one time with him.

I know breastfeeding can be tiring, but if you see it from another point of view, they grow so so quickly and in a blink (several blinks if you are tired and overworked!) of an eye, they will be drinking from a cup and wanting their independence.

How Can You Increase Your Bust Size?

I've heard about so many ways to increase bust sizes.

And most of them include food! From eating soya beans to drinking everything made from soya, eating lots of chicken, to just plain eating more than you need. 

The problem is, none of them work. In fact, eating too much just makes you put on weight in all the wrong places, because you can never target where you want to put on weight. The extra fat just goes where it wants to go! Worse, you may get ridden with all the problems of excess weight like hypertension, high cholesterol, diabetes, etc.

Your best bet is to exercise, especially toning and building some muscles in the chest and pectoral area can help increase bust size...marginally. Building these muscles actually do not increase the flesh within the breast but what it does is increase the muscles underneath the breast, therefore giving it a slight lift. It will be marginal augmentation but what is nice is your breasts will at least look firm, pert and not saggy.

Here are a three simple exercises you can do to increase these underlying chest muscles.

Push up

Do two sets of ten push ups a day. You'll feel a firmer chest and also see a less saggy arms!

Chest press

Chest or pectoral fly

Equipment

You'll need a dumb-bell for both the pectoral fly and chest press exercises. And that's it. I suggest a 1.25 - 2.5kg dumb-bell for us ladies. Unless you are into serious body building, these weights will be sufficient to tone and build you pectoral muscles and also give you well toned and fit looking arms! Yayyy!

Your Resource on Everything Lingerie...in Petite Sizes

There are two types of flat chested or small breasted women. I never thought much about this until now...now that I am in Australia and pondering about the many facets of life!

Back to small breasted women. I fall into one of either categories, so I have a valid point of view! Hah! Here’s my take.

One likes padding and underwires. A little (or a lot of) lift. That’s me. I love my wonderbras! And there’s the other one who likes things just the way they are. Natural and still beautiful. That’s cool too.

And both, I believe, would like to have lovely intimates. Intimates with laces and delicate straps. Sometimes made from fine silk. So, I started searching for beautiful, pretty (some affordable), designer intimates made for people like me. I was surprised to find that there are many brands out there. But almost none I have heard of. I definitely do not find them in Singapore or Malaysia. Especially the ones with such pretty designs. Maybe they are there but definitely not easily available or with very limited designs.

So, this is why I am starting this blog. I want to share what I have found, heard, read and experienced about petite lingerie. I would like to be one of the places people can come to to read about petites. Learn new things, have a good laugh and find new news and new designs.

I also plan to be able to provide designs which I like for both types of petite women, be they affordable, designers, sporty, simple or sexy! Where I cannot stock them, I will point you to where you can get these wonderful intimates.

While I set up my shop and get a nice range ready for you, I will continue to be the petite intimate resource for all of you.
